Attendance

Reporting attendance is mandatory and needs to be filed with us so we can report it to the state, however, which days and the class or lesson times are up to the individual home educator. TFS does not require a certain schedule or regulate when you teach your child. We sincerely believe every day is a learning day, as learning can happen anywhere, at any time. We just ask you to submit an attendance form once every term: November 1, March 1, and June 1. This is to stay in compliance with Florida statutes and to keep your enrollment current. Email reminders will be sent the week attendance is due.
